Our own book lending is unlike any others. We like to think of ourselves as the old fashioned bank. These were the times when you had a great relationship with your bank manager, and they gave you the support and the financial backing you needed to create and develop your business.

We offer the full range of finance deals but as we do our own underwriting we can also create opportunities that no one else would be able to do. We understand how important cash flow is and know that cash flow loans are not something to run away from or charge an excessive rate for.

A Management Buyout of a printing company assisted by VAT Loan facility when the cash in the business was tied up with the purchase.

National removal company looking to raise money for a restructure brought on by their bank reducing the overdraft facility. We raised money on numerous unencumbered assets to assist.
