This has given us a chance to deal with and build up relationships with some strong businesses in our area. We have customers who we have dealt with from their incorporation when most would hide away from any company without 3 years or more trading. We like to look at a person not a score on a computer screen. With the backing to propose deals to a variety of blue-chip companies as well as having our own book lending facility we feel we have something that no other broker can offer.

Meet The Team

John Williams

MANAGING DIRECTOR

John has been involved with corporate and consumer finance for 40 years and somehow even through two recessions he still loves his job. John was the co-founder of Victor Finance in 1985 creating a successful business with a team of employees that fit the way he feels business should be done. John is also a Director of Panacea Finance Solutions Ltd, a principal lender in the short term and development funding market.

Gareth Williams

SALES DIRECTOR

Gareth first started with the business back in 1996. In 1999 he decided to pursue another profession and worked for several local haulage companies in our area. He returned to Victor Finance in 2004 becoming a Sales Executive for Scunthorpe, Grimsby & Immingham. He has since developed a large customer base with his new area code of UK 1! Due to his years in haulage he has gained a great understanding of trucks and trailers and loves nothing better than financing a new bit of kit. Gareth was made Director in 2012.

Stuart Williams

DIRECTOR

Stuart has been involved with the business since 2005 working through each department of the company. He was made a Director of the business in 2012 and now concentrates on new business investments and the management of our own book lending. Stuart is also a Financial Director of Lincs Van Hire Ltd & a Director of Panacea Finance Solutions Ltd, a principal lender in the short term and development funding market.

Jason Dexter

Sales Executive South & West Yorkshire

Jason joined Victor Finance in 2011 working as a Sales Executive within the South Yorkshire area. Business has grown year on year for Jason, as has his knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the job. Jason specialises in access platform funding.

Ryan Williams

Ryan joined the team in 2016 as a Sales Executive, Ryan covers the Lincolnshire area . Ryan’s previous job roles have given him the skills to create and maintain excellent customer relationships and understand customer’s needs and requirements.

Jonathan Beighton

SALES EXECUTIVE – EAST YORKSHIRE

Jonathan joined the team in 2015 as a Sales Executive within the East Yorkshire area. Jonathan has worked in the financial sector since 1996; this has gained him a wealth of knowledge and has helped him understand customers needs.

Dale Ingleby

Brokerage Manager

Dale joined the team back in 2014 and has an excellent knowledge of all areas of brokerage. He has become the sales team right hand man, as well as keeping them in order!

Dale also looks after our own book VAT funding

Jan Button

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Jan has been with the company since 1999 controlling the accounts side of the business. Between Jan, Lucy & Dani they keep the business moving and make sure the rest of the team are kept in line! She is possibly the fastest worker you will ever see as well as a port of call for all our customers and staff if they have any account problems.

Dani Dexter

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Dani joined the business in 2009, from the start Dani has got involved with all sides of the business working with Jan on the accounts as well as Gareth on the sales and brokerage side of the company. This has given her a good understanding of all aspects of the company to be able to deal with most enquiries.

Dani is also an accounts assistant for Panacea Property Finance Ltd a principal lender in the short term and development funding market.
